The Montaflex® 3G is Bleichert’s flagship accumulating pallet conveyor system. Its modular, patented design allows a single drive motor to transport workpieces up to 20 metres, with coupled conveyors extending the system to any length. Pallets can be linked into pallet trains for large or heavy components, with pattern holes to easily mount any kind of holding fixture. The system can transport parts both on top of the pallet and in a hanging configuration (overhead solution). It can be mounted directly on the floor or on steelwork. The system supports 45°, 60°, and 90° configurations — making it adaptable to virtually any plant layout.
