The complete simulation and optimization of systems and conveyor lines is essential for digitalization in the project planning phase of automation projects. With our simulation tool, the capacity utilization of individual system parts or process modules can be reliably evaluated. We can identify cycle times, required buffer or accumulation distances and the potential for optimizing the space requirements of a system at the earliest possible stage and discuss them with our customers.
We see the ability to simulate virtual commissioning, robot simulations, a wide range of material flow variants (percentage unit load distribution, NOK rates) and much more in our simulation environment as particularly valuable.
This is a clear benefit for our customers: optimization possibilities become visible quickly and can be taken into account in the quotation phase or in a very early project phase.
