Bleichert gantries handle loads from 50 lbs. up to 3,500 lbs. Up to five servo-axis of motion.  Complete systems are available, including end-of-arm tooling, tooling design, controls, programming and safety guarding.

Decoupler – Is an automatic storage & retrieval system.  It is normally half full and can either receive parts from upstream operations, or dispense parts to downstream operations.  Two operations can then be separated so that production interruptions in one cell don’t affect the adjacent cell.  Results in dramatic improvement in overall uptime of a line.
