Accumulating Pallet

Slat widths from 15” to 84”.  Each slat is 7.5” long, spaced every 8”.  The conveyor speed is typically from 14 feet per minute to 4 per minute.  The drive motor can be furnished with a built-on variable frequency drive.

The conveyor indexes one part position each time called.  The index distance can be set to the application.  Conveyor stopping accuracy is sufficient for robotic loading or unloading.  The slat conveyor is usually used as a magazine type load for an automatic operation.  When empty, the operator refills the length of the conveyor from the side.
